Shipping Products – CYPRUS
The products are sent through courier companies
SPEEDEX and ELTA and the following charges apply for payment costs:
a. a. Payments only by bank deposit or by
credit / debit card.

b. Shipping costs are 15 € up to 3 kg. Indicative delivery time is 7 to 9 working days.
c. c. In the case of change - return of products,
shipping costs are borne by the customer and it is necessary to first contact a
representative of Femme Fashion.
SHIPPING PRODUCTS
The products are sent through courier companies SPEEDEX, courier TAXYDEMA and ELTA at your door.
· Shipping costs are €3,50 up to 2 kilos, for each additional kilo there is a charge of €0.80. (In any case, the charge for each shipment depends on its volume and weight)
· Cash on delivery costs € 2.50
·Note: In case of Discounts and Offers, free Shipping does not apply.
b. COLLECTION FROM STORE
For purchases that have been selected for collection from a store, the company informs by phone or via email the information provided, for the date that will be available for collection, within 2-3 working days.
PRODUCTS DELIVERY
a. Your order is confirmed within 1-2 working days, depending on the day and time of submission of the order.
b. In case of lack of the product, you will be informed immediately about the final delivery time
DELIVERY WITHIN 2-5 WORKING DAYS FROM SHIPPING DAY
The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times
